We're seeking a talented Staffing Executive/Manager to join thriving Experiential Marketing Agency in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and managing their exceptional team.
 
The Role:
As a Staffing Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end staffing process, from sourcing and recruiting top talent to managing staff logistics and ensuring seamless event execution. Your ability to build strong relationships, problem-solve effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and hire exceptional individuals to meet our staffing needs across various experiential projects.
• Staff Management: Oversee staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Event Support: Provide on-site support at events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any challenges.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage staff records, payroll, and other administrative duties.

 
Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
