Social Media Manager - Integrated Agency - London/Hybrid
 
Are you an Experienced Social Media Manager Looking for Your Next Challenge?

DNA Recruit are working with an award-winning independent agency to find them a Social Media Manager. They specialize in activation, PR, digital communications, and design, collaborating with some of the UK's most renowned brands in FMCG, sports, and lifestyle.

Job Summary:

As a Social Media Manager within their client services team, you will support account teams from ideation to delivery. You'll stay on top of social trends and manage multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.

You will oversee their portfolio of accounts, ensuring KPIs are met and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. You will act as the social media consultant for clients, offering insights and delivering results-driven solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Daily client liaison, build relationships, and present results.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop strategic social media proposals and reports.
  • Content Management: Create and manage content calendars, ensuring efficient approval processes.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the studio team on creative assets and production shoots.
  • Paid Media: Source and collaborate with paid media partners/freelancers.
  • Influencer Management: Lead influencer strategies and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, manage time effectively, and lead internal meetings.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to pitches.
  • Budget Management: Manage client budgets and project profitability.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and find solutions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate on client proposals, contribute to agency-wide meetings, and plan resources.
 
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in creating strategic social media proposals and reports
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to various brand tones
  • Experience in content creation and calendar management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and manage production shoots
  • Familiarity with paid media campaigns and working with third-party partners
  • Experience in influencer management and strategy development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior team members
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
  • Budget management and financial acumen
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach
 
Salary: up to £45k
