Sitecore Web Manager / Content Manager - Digital Agency - Remote (Location UK or EU)

With excellent communication skills, you'll thrive on fostering collaboration with both clients and teams. While hands-on development work isn't expected, a strong background in development and an intimate understanding of Sitecore 8.2 are essential to facilitate ongoing Sitecore content updates within their local market. Their local market Sitecore pages are part of a broader global enterprise platform managed centrally. As a Sitecore Web Manager, your expertise will guide the possibilities within the existing Sitecore components, aiding in the planning and execution of content changes to meet new local briefs. This includes tasks such as setting up and updating Sitecore pages.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll work collaboratively within a cross-functional team, offering support for design, user experience, and copywriting. Regular communication with the central Sitecore teams will keep you informed about new platform capabilities and offer assistance with debugging, while also allowing you to communicate any local market requirements. 
As the local market expert, you'll also manage Google Analytics and Google Data Manager. This involves monitoring the site's performance against KPIs, maintaining analytics dashboards, and generating reports as necessary. You might also be called upon to establish new tracking tools via Google Tag Manager for the local market or provide insights to enhance data analysis.

Requirements:
To excel in this dynamic role and provide exceptional service to our clients, you should have the following qualifications:

• A background in development with proven experience in Sitecore XP 8.2
• Proficiency in editing Sitecore content and setting up modular component-based pages
• Familiarity with Sitecore preview and publishing workflows
• Experience with Google Analytics to generate reports and manage GA dashboards
• Ability to integrate scripts into Google Tag Manager and offer guidance on tracking tools
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective debugging
• Capability to manage Sitecore roles, permissions, and workflows
