Senior Sales Manager- Product Innovation Agency - London (Hybrid)
 
Are you a proactive, motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to impact the consumer product industry? DNA Recruit is partnering with the largest consumer-voted award-winning product innovation agency, known for their legacy and global presence. They aim to guide consumers to top-quality products and recognise manufacturers for innovation.
 
Our client is in search of a Senior Sales Manager who is sales-hungry, driven, and innovative, capable of keeping up with trends, delivering solutions, and sharing groundbreaking ideas to propel their dynamic sales targets. This role demands a self-starter proficient in cold calling, product research, and outreach through various channels.
 
Responsibilities:
  • The ability to drive business growth with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct thorough product research and outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Identify sales leads and primary contacts with creativity and persistence.
  • Act as the primary post-sales contact, nurturing client relationships.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking, and marketing events.
  • Develop sales strategy and collateral for maximum ROI.
  • Enhance sales tools, including CRM, email databases, and lead lists.
  • Collaborate with the team for day-to-day campaign maintenance and quality client results.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 5-7 years, preferably with cold calling expertise.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive individual capable of working independently.
  • Sales Grit: Demonstrated ability to meet targets with determination.
  • Efficiency: Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM platforms, lead generation tools, and relevant software.
  • Curiosity and Commitment: Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership.
  • Background: Sales experience is essential, with additional marketing, PR, advertising, or digital content development as an advantage.

Salary: Paying up to £70,000 plus OTE.
