Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager-Independent Music Agency- Stockholm 

DNA are offering a really exciting opportunity to work with a music agency in Stockolm. The agency is looking for an excellent Senior Project Manager to join their team from the 16th of October.

They are seeking to hire someone who is energetic and ambitous to be based in their Stockolm office to lead and co lead both client and internal projects.

Duties:

• Scope projects from start to finish including costings 
• Lead an manage projects efficiently on time and within budget 
• Create and maintain project documentation 
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors 
• Financially administrate taks like invoices and expenses 
• Be a leading figure in internal projects, events and activities in collaboration with the other offices 

Skills Needed:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager 3-5 years 
• Solid organisation skills including attention to detail, time management and multitasking 
• A passion for music, film and entertainment 
• Proactive approach to tasks, presenting creative solutions to problems 
• A confident team player with energy
• Excellent communication skills on phone and email in English and Swedish 
• Strong working knowledge in M.S Office inc, Excel, Powerpoint and Keynote 

Desired Skills:

• Experience in the music industry 
• Experience of cross-functional teams and projects
