DNA Recruit are excited to be working with a global brand experience agency who are well known for creating fans for brands by combining the power of live events and digital to create memorable brand experiences.
Based in London, the Senior Project Manager will be part of an energetic team, working on a variety of accounts, with a strong focus on Automotive. We are really looking for those who have experience in this field or are a fully-fledged Petrolheads keen to work within the automotive industry. You must enjoy managing a team, the buzz of the pitch and never be afraid to roll your sleeves up when needed.

Main Responsibilities:
Understand how to translate client objectives into effective brand experience solutions, defining and managing project deliverables and ROI. A proactive approach to client needs, supporting on existing client pitches and proposals. Approval of smaller scale budgets, understanding how to better improve GP without compromising on client ROI. Track costs against budgets for client campaigns reporting weekly on the numbers and communicating any changes with the client/s. Lead the time by example with a hands on approach and continuously finding new ways to improve team performance.

The Person…
The team is looking for someone who has one eye on the detail and the other on the bigger picture! Someone who is adaptable, demonstrates empathy and always open to new concepts, ideas and ways of working. You'll be confident, organised and steadfast in your approach to work in order to ensure that every project is executed to world-class standards. A phenomenal team leader with the ability to delegate, effectively communicate and provide mentor-ship to junior staff.
