We are on the lookout for an all-rounder, dynamic and prolific Conceptual Creative to join our clients rapidly growing agency. You should possess equal prowess in both written and visual communication, demonstrating a mastery of crafting ideas that inspire, captivate, and drive significant behavioural change.
In this role, you'll take centre stage within the creative department, collaborating with a diverse and exciting portfolio of clients to breathe life into our new business endeavours. As a full-service agency, your creative freedom knows no bounds, extending from social media to TV campaigns. You'll closely collaborate with our Conceptual, Design, and Motion Creatives, alongside Strategists and Producers, often partnering with like-minded colleagues.
Our clients agile and ever-evolving department presents substantial opportunities for career growth. Your confidence, enthusiasm, and dedication to producing award-winning integrated campaigns in a fast-paced environment are key. You'll be an integral part of all aspects of campaign development.
Your role extends to being a persuasive and inspirational presenter, excelling at articulating ideas with clarity and confidence. Experience in alcohol and sports partnerships is a plus.
- Your expertise shines in actively listening to and dissecting briefs, identifying gaps, and enhancing them as needed.
- You fearlessly question briefings, whether from clients or the agency, to uncover and maximise potential opportunities.
- Your proven ability includes expanding briefs beyond their initial parameters.
- Generating Concepts:
- You possess the talent to create campaigns capable of driving mass-scale behavioural change, even igniting movements.
- Your ideas are informed by social insights, rooted in brand-building, and span both traditional and new media channels.
- Your concepts span a wide spectrum, from platform ideas to tactical ones, including social media and CRM.
- You apply these concepts to multiple touchpoints across customer journeys, creating memorable, brand-building experiences.
- Your hunger for exploring new technology and data-driven ideas is unmistakable.
- You are prolific in your creative idea generation and possess the skills to bring them to life.
- Your active participation in brainstorming and idea generation with colleagues, clients, and co-creation collaborators is a given.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive, long-form films.
- Expertise in crafting engaging consumer experiences
- Ability to create concise social media content adaptable to various channels.
- An interest in or willingness to learn Midjourney, and the clients AI platform.

This role is in high demand following a recent client success, offering an immediate start and the possibility of transitioning from a temporary to permanent position.
