DNA Recruit is working with a global B2B Media Group who is seeks to employ an experienced Senior Conference Producer to play an integral role in the team. Being responsible for managing the creation and delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

Developing and executing comprehensive conference plans to meet the needs of target audiences and achieve business objectives.
Conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in conference topics and formats.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful execution of conferences.
Overseeing digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to drive conference attendance.
Managing and optimizing advertising and promotional activities to maximize attendance and ROI.
Monitoring and analyzing conference performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of each event.
Providing leadership and guidance to the conference production team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry experts, speakers, and external partners to enhance conference content and networking opportunities.

The Person…
The Senior Conference Producer will need to have 2+ year experience in similar role.
