Senior AV Ops & Production Manager – Events Venues - London
Salary: £60K - £65K + paid overtime

Are you an Senior AV Operations & Production Manager with extensive experience of working across a multi-site events venue portfolio?
 
DNA Recruit are partnered with one of the most exciting production companies out there and their venue portfolio is nothing short of INCREDIBLE! We are looking for a Senior AV Operations & Production Manager to manage a team of Production Managers working across some of London’s most iconic events venues. You will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and within established timelines while maintaining high-quality standards. You will lead and collaborate closely with team members to optimise productivity, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.

The role will include managing and developing event production policies and procedures, ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively. Managing a team of event production professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Leading in equipment, vendor and contractor selection, negotiation, and management, ensuring that all contracts are fulfilled and that all parties involved in the event are working together seamlessly. Monitoring event performance metrics, such as revenue and customer satisfaction, and implement process improvements as needed. Managing risk and safety issues, ensuring that all events are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Is it you?
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in event production.
  • Eager to progress into a senior management position through developing a team.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Experience working with event production software and tools, such as Vectorworks and CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Knowledge of event industry best practices and trends.
  • Experience working with high-profile clients and managing VIP events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages.
This is a full-time position that may require travel and work outside of regular business hours. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of event professionals and help create memorable events for their clients, so please apply today to be considered.
