We are recruiting for a Senior Account Director to join a thriving integrated agency based in London. The successful Senior Account Director will have need of extensive CRM/Digital Marketing experience and can confidently build internal and client relationships.
The successful Account Director will be working on a lead account and managing a team of account handlers and as a result required to work on building and developing these key relationships.

- Ability to work in budget and adhere to strict time deadlines in order to deliver campaigns under pressure
- Communicate effectively in person and in writing, paying strong attention to detail and taking complete ownership of work
- Proven record of excellent management skills, mentoring and developing a successful team
- Exercise strategic thinking, creative critique and leading teams to deliver high quality campaigns
- Confident at building stakeholder, senior level and client relationships, attending regular meeting and presenting independently
- Skilled at running profitable accounts by forecasting, invoicing and budget management
- Working with energy and enthusiasm as part of a collaborative team; committed to produce innovative ideas both for the client and the agency
