A fast growing independent creative advertising agency who at the very top of their game are looking for a Senior Account Director to take charge of their principle accounts; a leading online retailer and one of the world's best known alcohol brands. Mentored by the MD you will be working very closely with the planning and creative teams . This role would suit a self-starter who isn't afraid to be hands on and push ideas through.
The agency specialise in creating big brand ideas without boundaries. Advertising and TV is their speciality and you will therefore need to have experience in TV, online and print. This account will have a lot of autonomy and will demand an extremely proactive demeanour and will give the opportunity to shine and develop your skills further. You will be calm and unflappable for a client who may need reassurance and will have a good eye for detail. As Senior Account Director you will also be coaching and mentoring a small team so experience of senior management would be beneficial. A hunger to create tangible, positive brand behaviour to fulfil brand promises is an essential attribute of the candidate as the agency's passionate ethos of taking on big challenges will require an Account Director with the same drive and beliefs.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Working into the managing director you will be seen as an important point of contact for the client working with planning and creative as well as management and development responsibilities for the Account Managers on the account. Responsible for the general delivery for your assignments, and support the overall client team is essential for the smooth running of the account.
