Senior Account Director / Business Lead – Automotive Brand Experience - London

Salary: £75K-£85K

DNA Recruit are working with a leading global Brand Experience agency who are looking for a Senior Account Director / Business Lead, a leader within the client services function to work as a strategic partner and be responsible for the strength of client relationships across multiple automotive brand clients.

This exciting role will lead and nurture some of the agencies most valuable clients, working as a trusted partner to deliver progressive and immersive brand experiences on a large scale. You will be a key player in evolving these relationships and embedding the agency, as their chosen brand experience partner. You will lead and motivate a talented team of account handlers, project managers and be part of a senior management team who are not afraid to get hands on, to ensure an incredible client journey, whilst recognising the skill set within your team, to be able to delegate effectively.

You will need to truly understand the bigger picture and get under the skin of the clients, forging relationships quickly and delivering growth and opportunity for both the client and the agency. You will be an expert in crafting a clear activation strategy, recognised for your expertise, to build gravitas with these clients and play a significant role in client pitches. With commercial acumen, you will take a lead in defining the commercial terms, approving project budgets and developing improvements on GP, without ever compromising on client ROI.

The person
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the delivery of large scale, immersive and progressive brand experience projects and will have experience of working with key global automotive clients, as a client lead. You will ideally be an established SAD, with an ability to lead and nurture a talented team of account handlers. You will understand the need to be supportive and empowering, yet happy to be hands on and lead by example. You will be a client services expert, clear on how to build trusted relationships by delivering top class work, whilst always keeping an eye on the bigger picture and identifying ways to add value to the clients and their brands.
