About the company:
DNA Recruit is working with a global, multi-award-winning performance-driven content leader and brand publishing agency, and is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Account Director to join their diverse and talented team. They specialize in creating meaningful connections that impact people’s lives through performance-driven content for search and social. With unique expertise in Insights & SEO, Creative Content, and Performance Tech, they deliver exceptional results to clients through a combination of ad agency and in-house models.
About role:
As a Senior Account Director, you will play a crucial role in:
- Leading and nurturing positive, long-lasting relationships with senior clients.
- Driving organic account growth, upselling, and contributing to overall business targets.
- Strategically leading specified projects and accounts to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Providing key leadership for your team and the teams working on your accounts.
Role and responsibilities:
- Managing senior client relationships for assigned projects.
- Developing account strategy and ensuring account-wide quality control.
- Driving account growth and profitability within business targets.
- Handling internal project reporting and communications.
- As a Senior Account Director, you will report to the Head of Client Services (HCS)
- Maintaining and growing relationships with clients as the main point of contact.
- Understanding clients on a personal level, identifying their objectives, and offering solutions.
- Leading responses to briefs and ensuring the highest quality of work delivery.
- Implementing local and global strategies to improve project/platform performance.
- Coordinating with local and global teams for client satisfaction.
Further Responsibilities:
Business Development and Commercial Performance: You'll work closely with Sales Leads to contribute to sales targets, generate ideas for upselling, and maintain high-quality work, positioning the agency as a key long-term partner.
Financial Management: You'll oversee the financial performance of assigned projects, liaise with project management teams on expenditures, and report to the HCS and finance team on project/account financial health.
Salary: £65K
