JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a Senior Account Director looking to join a dynamic and innovative team? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a pod within the agency’s Client Services team.
DNA Recruit is working with a leading Creative Agency who is established in 2011. This international strategic brand agency has garnered numerous awards over the years. About the role:
Account Directors excel at people management and are responsible for managing Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, and potentially Account Executives within their designated Pod.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize processes to achieve agency business goals and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the Head of New Business to meet annual revenue targets.
- Provide updates to the Client Services Director on client developments.
- Support and coach team members for improved performance and efficiency.
- Contribute to forecasting and work with the Chief Strategy Officer on efficient processes.
- Lead fee negotiations and manage fees and time effectively.
- Design and implement training programs within the team.
- Efficiently execute projects within the Pod team.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly Client Service team meetings.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and strategic objectives.
- Lead high-profile client accounts, exceeding expectations.
- Attend networking events and set targets for pod members.
- Collaborate with other department heads for new business strategies.
- Support the Head of New Business in key client pitches and tenders.
- Develop strategies to enhance existing client relationships.
- Address challenges faced by Senior Account Managers and resolve client concerns.
- Lead internal briefing meetings for key clients with Creative team leads.
- Contribute to revenue streams and provide real-time updates to the Senior Leadership team.
- Conduct regular project audits with the project management team.
- Act as a proactive people manager, setting clear expectations and conducting regular reviews.

Salary: Up to £65k
