DNA Recruit is excited to be working with a global brand experience agency with a stellar reputation across the global brand experience market, combining the power of live events and digital to create memorable immersive experiences on a global scale. As a core part of the Client Services team, you will need to have excellent skills (and charisma) in forging strong, powerful relationships and partnerships with some of the Agency's most prestigious clients, as well as generating opportunities to welcome new clientele.

You’ll be seen as an expert within brand experience, able to interpret and challenge client briefs to present integrated brand experience solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead client development plans, strategies and initiatives that deliver on client and agency targets, playing a significant role in pitches by then creating clear activation strategies to deliver.
• Approve project budgets for client campaigns, taking a lead in defining the commercial terms with clients, producing SoW, rate cards, and budget templates and driving commercial understanding of the financial process, including cash flow.
• Lead your team by example, empower them to perform to their best and offer mentorship and guidance where it's needed, including by means of performance meetings.
