Senior Account Director

DNA have partnered with an independent agency to help find them a Senior Account Director. You will be replacing the current Senior Account Director who is going on maternity leave but this is a permanent position.



The Role:


This role is across a few clients, including one of the largest retailers in the middle east.
These are top-level clients and they require a highly strategic Senior Account Director who’s
ambitious for great work.


THE ROLE
This role covers several clients, the largest of which is leading the main account. The agency are the co-architects of their award-winning loyalty program and have a
unique role in this. On this piece of business, the SAD will work closely with a Senior Planner/CSD
hybrid and a SAE, with much of the work being loyalty strategy deliverables, including; programme
design and marketing strategy including life cycle analysis and strategic concept development. This
may include travel to the Middle East to see clients in person from time-to-time.
Other clients are largely Brand Transformation projects. We offer both Brand Strategy and Creative
Development so it requires someone highly strategic, who can also plan creative projects to
perfection. We’re truly integrated - working in any format from Broadcast, Radio, Print, Digital, Email,
Social and Events, so need someone with a range of experience in making things happen. These tend
to be new business conversions, so this role suits someone who is excited by this part of the
business.


THE REQUIREMENTS
? Solid agency track record in Account Management
? Strategic understanding, across Loyalty, Life cycle and Branding projects
? Strong creative understanding - across Branding and Campaigns
? UAE or MENA experience preferred but not essential
? Experience of Organisational business strategy preferred but not essential
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is essential
? Ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit with ability to grow accounts
? Great admin and financial management of your accounts
? Ability to work autonomously and drive projects end-to-end
? Curious about learning more about the industry, their clients


This role is a hybrid working a few days a week from their office in London.
