The work spans diverse sectors, from retail to property development and innovation environments. They are the masterminds behind real-time Twitter visualisations, stunning marketing suites, and immersive exhibitions.

As a Senior Creative with our client, you'll be the visionary behind our projects and products. You'll shape and lead creative concepts, set high creative standards, and collaborate with our talented team. Here's what you'll do:

• Develop and oversee concepts to bring ideas to life.
• Collaborate with production teams to execute projects within budget and timelines.
• Gather and evaluate user and creative requirements.
• Troubleshoot design challenges.
• Design user interface elements and final high-fidelity designs.
• Present drafts to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Adhere to design standards and translate brand guidelines into digital style sheets.
• Bring ideas to life in collaboration with designers and external partners.

Delivery

• Set and exceed the standard for world-class creative work.
• Turn knowledge and insights into engaging ideas.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance work, behaviour, and culture.
• Communicate effectively with clients and partners.

Clients

• Uphold the agency's exceptional level of service.

Ideas

• Collaborate with the creative team to craft innovative, integrated ideas
• Stay curious and aware of global trends and happenings.
• Conduct desk research to validate or challenge project briefs.

Commercial

• Support the Creative Director in new business pitches.
• Ensure accurate creative estimates in collaboration with Production.
• Maintain an updated portfolio of creative work to showcase the agency's capabilities.
• Ensure projects and products maintain a premium level and contribute to their development.

Software / Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with 3D software packages and associated rendering tools.
Familiarity with Autocad or Vectorworks.
Bonus: Knowledge of Realtime, Unreal, Unity, and more.
