DNA Recruit are working with a reputable Events Tech Company, based in Paris France, who are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their growing team.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for achieving excellent performance, executing sales strategies, and promoting profitable revenue growth. You will lead the sales team, nurture vital customer and hotel relationships, and ensure effective communication and value proposition to customers and clients.

Sales Leadership:

• Leading sales efforts at client-assigned hotel locations.
• Cultivating key customer and hotel relationships.
• Setting and managing company sales expectations.
• Guiding sales strategy development.
• Coordinating sales resources for maximum capture rate.

Customer Management:

• Supporting key customer relationships alongside venue team members.
• Developing specific sales tactics for different customer types.
• Maximizing capture rate and referral opportunities at the venue level.
• Actively engaging with customers to assist in closing business.

Job Qualifications:

• 6+ years' of sales experience within the hotel sector/hotel management.
• 3 years’ experience in a Managerial role.
• Knowledge of sales processes and financial reports interpretation.
• Proficiency in technology and CRM.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
