JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a technically minded and detail orientated Production Manager looking to join a fast paced business, working with a range of clients in the UK and Internationally? Do you have a strong background in events with the skill to lead on projects from start to end, ensuring it meets clients briefs, delivered on schedule, produced on budget and exceeds client expectations? DNA Recruit is working with a fast paced, fun, energised team within an award winning Event Production Agency who are looking to bring on-board a Production Manager to play an integral role in the business. Working on the Red Bull account you will take the lead from initial creative concepts through to production and execution of brand activation's, festivals and experiential events! Working both alone and as part of a team to help produce and execute an exciting portfolio of projects and activation's with a range of industry leading clients across the Technology, Fashion and Drinks sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
Creating and implementing production and build schedules, as well as planning, managing and overseeing technical and scenic installations at events taking responsibility for their implementation on site and subsequent safe removal. Producing health and safety documentation using industry software. Produce project status reports, updating clients and internal teams frequently, including responsibility for providing budget reconciliation, debriefs and production of post event case studies. Engaging in client and project development processes and inputting towards pitches and proposals for new business.
The Person…
Our client is looking for someone upbeat and tech savvy, with a minimum of 5 years on-site event project management experience with a focus on temporary structures and the accompanying production overlays (scenic, sound, rigging, light, video, power, logistics).
Strong communications skills and a warm charismatic personality will be vital in this role as you work with stakeholders, clients, suppliers and staff of varied levels.
Knowledge of H&S and licensing regulations, management of advancing documentation (RAMS, H+S etc) and solid experience in building processes, equipment and tooling requirements are essential.
