Location: London (Hybrid – 1 day in-office)
Type: Freelance, 1-2 days per week (12-month contract)
Salary: £400 - £450/Day

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to align with business goals.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making across the company.
• Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Collaborate with the CEO on fundraising and investor relations.
• Build and lead a small finance team as the company grows.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director, ideally within the events or creative industries.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial compliance.
• Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• A hands-on approach with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
