Operations Project Support Role

DNA have partnered with a shopper experience and design agency to help find them a Junior Operations Manager.

The Role:

You will be tasked with supporting the Operations team on all things Connected Store. The operations team is a small team but behind the scenes they roll up their sleeves to get things done.
The agency is on an exciting journey to expand their dynamic medium for brands and retailers to communicate with their customers at the point of purchase in FMCG retail. 

The type of person they need:

A passionate hands on individual to help support their products from in-store instillation to ongoing monitoring and maintenance. 
Literacy, numeracy and an eye for detail will mean you will be across the varied work that is part of your everyday. You will have an interest in technology, retail and digital trends and bring high energy and enthusiasm to a team dynamic.
You will have strong communication skills and you will be confident in the aspect of managing daily operational activities. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and will need to be prepared to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the UK Connected Support contact number and track queries 
• Build relationships with store managers including calls to address connectivity issues and any adhoc requests that arise
• Maintain the database of in-store assets 
• Support with remote troubleshooting for instillation's and maintenance visits 

Qualifications and Experience

• Passionate about quality, customer experience and customer service excellence 
• A can do attitude and a willingness's to problem solve
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Understanding of Project Management and their implementations 
• Thorough understanding of G-Suite, Slack and Monday.com is a bonus
