Operations Manager - E-commerce - London/Cambridgeshire

In this role, you will oversee their online sales and Pop-Up operations, ensuring smooth coordination of various business functions from procurement to sale. DNA Recruit is working with a leading E-commerce brand specializes in producing eco-friendly beach and bedwear, offering optimal comfort while prioritizing environmental sustainability. Established in 2014, the brand has gained a loyal customer base and is experiencing rapid growth.

As the E-commerce Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Director in overall business operations.
• Managing inventory for online and pop-up operations.
• Collaborating with logistics partners for order fulfilment.
• Monitoring sales KPIs and achieving targets.
• Understanding product margins.
• Assisting with financial monitoring and management.
• Conducting management meetings and maintaining trackers.
• Analyzing data for growth strategies.
• Providing leadership to online and Pop-Up teams.
• Organizing customer support for prompt responses.
• Driving team performance and operational efficiency.
• Staying updated on industry trends and platforms.
• Producing reports on sales and stock levels.
• Maximizing search engine returns and enhancing interfaces.
• Ensuring accuracy of listings and stock reconciliation.
• Accommodating promotions and events.
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing customer service and automated responses.
• Ensuring security practices and compliance.

Is this you:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in E-commerce operations.
• Proven success in leading and scaling revenue growth opportunities.
• Strong management experience, including building and managing high-performing teams.
• Experience in lifestyle brands.
• Fluent English speaker.

Salary: - Up to £50k + Performance-based bonus
