Midweight Creative Team - Integrated Agency - London
Leading network agency part of one of the biggest award winning international groups- originally driven by Digital, Experiential, Relationship, Promotional, Online content & Above the line, they now work across the full TTL spectrum. This business is growing very quickly and this is a new position, taking a lead in the Creative Process for the agency.
It's a huge opportunity to join a growing agency business at a midweight level working on some of the sharpest brands in the market including automotive & telecoms.
This hire will l be the lead creative team working across all of the agencies accounts. You will be expected to lead and inspire both the client & the agency.
Defining, improving and continually evolving the creative processes within the role. FMCG, Telecomms or Retail experience is preferred.
Work collaboratively - recognising the value and responsibility of working in a team and seek to maintain and build effective relationships internally & externally. Be able to show continuity of thinking in your creative work.
Working across ATL/BTL, across online video content, print, social, comms visuals, digital comm, activation guidelines and regional tool kits.
Have a 'can do' attitude & have passion for creating great campaigns for clients & stand out in the agency.

The successful candidates will have extensive and proven experience working with a driven & focussed Creative Director l for a leading Branding, Advertising, Creative or Digital Agency.
Have outstanding creative direction & creative talent, foster good client relations and contribute to the agencies overall reputation.
