Are you an ambitious and collaborative Marketing and New Business specialist who can develop and execute a well-oiled marketing and new business engine? Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a best-in-class marketing plan for the agency and ensuring its successful execution to increase awareness, conversion, and advocacy.

DNA Recruit is working alongside a modern independent creative agency specialising in brand strategy, advertising, social media, and content. They are driven by their pursuit of creative and strategic excellence, powered by collaboration. As an agency, they break free from the constraints of traditional structures and offer their clients a range of services by partnering with like-minded, independent businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Optimise their marketing, public relations, and business development approach.
• Maintain relationships with intermediaries, journalists, and their friends, keeping them up to date with the latest projects and initiatives.
• Manage the relationship with their PR agency, ensuring an integrated approach to maximise brand exposure.
• Lead proactive outreach opportunities to attract potential clients and partners.
• Drive prospecting efforts to identify and engage with new business opportunities.
• Develop a strong and efficient process for handling Request for Information (RFI) submissions.
• Support writing and editing of thought leadership content.
• Contribute to their content creation and social media output.
• Assist in the development of productised offerings to enhance their services.

Salary: up to £60K
