DNA Recruit have partnered with a global organization to find a Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic marketing team.  The role offers the chance to provide essential support in a variety of marketing activities, ranging from global events to coordinating branded materials, while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the global marketing team. You will assist and execute marketing campaigns, events, and projects while ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience across different areas of marketing, collaborate with teams across the business, and contribute to high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Support & Administration: Assist in daily marketing operations, including processing purchase orders, managing branded materials, and maintaining an up-to-date library of marketing collateral.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and manage logistics for global events, ensuring registrations, collateral, and equipment are efficiently coordinated. You'll also work closely with sales and content teams to maximize event exposure.
• Data & CRM Management: Oversee post-event data by organizing leads and customer data into the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring accuracy and integration.
• Collateral Management: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and are the latest versions across all platforms.
• Partnerships & Memberships: Optimize corporate partnerships by ensuring membership benefits are fully utilized and portals are regularly updated with current corporate assets.
• Subscription Management: Maintain records of complimentary product subscriptions and ensure compliance with agreements.
