JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Account Manager – AV Event Tech Services – London Salary: £60K

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the AV (Audio-Visual) Tech sector. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our key clients, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on managing strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients in the AV technology space.

DNA Recruit is working with a highly reputable Events Tech Company which seeks to employ an experienced Key Account Manager to join their London-based teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and acting as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  2. Identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts and develop account plans to achieve sales targets. Proactively propose innovative solutions and technologies to meet client requirements.
  3. Driving sales activities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Maintain a deep understanding of the AV tech sector, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services.
  4. Ensuring customer satisfaction and act as a customer advocate within the organization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

The Person…
  • The ideal person will need to have min 4 years of experience in a Sales Management position within AV Tech.
  • Ability to create technically and/or logistically complex proposals
