A fast growing Global Content Agency based in London require HR Manager to make their own stamp and create new structures and procedures across their offices in the UK and New York.

Our client is a global digital oriented content brand publisher, based in London, who thrive in the digital landscape through sharp content, editorial planning, innovative social media posts, beautiful photos, and interesting videos through strategic SEO and SEM plans.

As an international content marketing agency with an entrepreneurial spirit, our client is fast growing and managing HR procedures are still in the early stages so the HR Manager's role will be to create new structures and procedures from inception. You will be responsible for all things people from an operational perspective and is diverse and challenging with high levels of autonomy and responsibility, in an exciting, agile working and creative environment across their offices in the UK, New York. The position encompasses full duties of HR management, managing the office, PA duties to the Directors. The role can be either a full time or a part time job and other responsibilities will include:-

  • Keeping up to date on HR regulations using outsourced HR services
  • Managing all HR records - i.e. probationary period reviews, performance reviews, any disciplinary actions
  • Recruiting for vacancies from approval to hire, to appointment of suitable candidates and inductions
  • Oversee implementation of all Staff Incentive activities throughout the year
  • Manage all HR documents - create, maintain and update confidential HR records for new or existing staff as required which will include preparing new employee employment contract, letter of offer, staff company handbook and forms.
  • Manage staff leave, sick and TOIL absence, including management approvals, record keeping and liaising with staff directly on their leave approval/rejection, holiday entitlement balance, paternity/maternity leave etc.

The HR Manager will need to have the necessary experience, qualification and skills to hit the ground running, take charge across all HR functions and office management. You will need good interpersonal skills as well as being able to create rapport with suppliers and problem solving skills. We are looking for a HR MANAGER, who is an intelligent, highly organised, enthusiastic and forward thinking individual person to join our growing team.

Salary: up to £50K dependent on experience
