DNA Recruit is working with an Award-Winning Global Creative Agency who are seeking a Head of Production to lead their Production team in France. This agency specialises in experience, culture, and entertainment, delivering world-class brand experiences, events, content, and campaigns for some of the most recognised global brands.
 
About the Role
As the Head of Production, you will take charge of the agency’s Production department, overseeing high-profile projects and managing a growing team. You will provide strategic direction, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget. This is a senior leadership position requiring strong collaboration across teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional brand experiences in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Production and execution of all projects.
• Act as the key representative for the Production department within the business.
• Ensure seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain a high-level strategic view across all projects.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing Production team.
• Oversee budgeting, risk management, and quality control for all projects.
• Drive innovation and best practices across Production processes.
• Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented culture within the team.
• Monitor workload distribution to ensure optimal performance and project success.

 
Skills and Experience Required

• A proven track record in Head of Production and Executive Producer roles across Brand experience and Content.
• Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects from concept to completion.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for team development.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate senior client relationships.
• Deep understanding of budget management, logistics, and production workflows.
• A solutions-focused mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of execution.
• Hands-on approach, willing to multitask and lead by example.
• Bilingual in French and English.

 
Salary: Salary Band 80K-90K €
