DNA Recruit are working with a Dynamic & Fast-Growing Creative Agency who are looking for a Head of Growth to lead its Business Development and Marketing efforts. Specialising in lifestyle brands, using strategy, creative, PR, influencer, and experiential marketing to broaden their appeal.
With 2024 set to be a year of expansion, this role has been created to drive new business opportunities and embed a growth-first mindset across the agency.


About the Role
As Head of Growth, you will:

• Develop and activate the agency’s growth strategy, working closely with leadership.
• Oversee lead generation and pipeline development, converting cold leads into warm opportunities.
• Lead multi-channel B2B marketing efforts, including content strategy, digital marketing, and CRM usage.
• Build and nurture relationships with key industry decision-makers.
• Qualify and respond to new business opportunities, leading initial meetings and overseeing RFI responses.
• Shape the agency’s proposition, positioning, and product strategy, ensuring relevance and innovation.
  

Skills and Experience Required

• 7+ years of experience in business growth, marketing, and new business development within a progressive agency environment.
• Strong B2B marketing expertise, including digital and social media, and CRM technologies.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver winning pitches and presentations.
• Deep understanding of brand strategy, trends, and insights.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to spot and convert opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Salary: £80-120K plus benefits and comms
