This is an exciting "new" role within the group's office in South Korea. The candidate needs to have at least 10 years of related experience in retail marketing ( preferably in either Europe or the USA) - global communications brand - event marketing, visual merchandising and marketing communications and consumer marketing experience, preferably in retail either on the agency or clientside


You will need to have strong people management experience and proven history of building high functioning teams and an ability to work across groups, and driving results across external and internal constituents as well as focusing on creating more connected experiences within the agency's retail strategy and execution.

  • Experience developing and delivering marketing plans to senior executive management.
  • Ability to think about process and scale above all else to work efficiently and effectively with multiple partners collectively and cohesively.

  • responsible for working with and across various retail marketing clients and internal retail creative teams to architect and integrate visual merchandising, point-of-sale and other shopper touchpoints.
  • A key player for infusing innovation into retail experiences - exploring emerging technologies and tools, analysing and optimising shopper journeys and tracking nascent consumer behaviours.
  • engaged in driving both online and in-store activity, including but not limited to defining, measuring, and optimising this well known global tech brand's products.
  • Ability to think about process and scale above all else to work efficiently and effectively with multiple partners collectively and cohesively.
  • Responsible for connecting your client's customer's priorities, customer insights, and shopper insights to ensure retail execution excellence and a best in class brand experience.
  • Responsible in leading client's brand visions in a physical context, using technology to seamlessly connect people with their environments in a way that enhances their experience.
  • Identify innovative solutions that resolve complex technical and design challenges across the physical and digital landscapes.
  • Be able to leverage analytics to capitalise on opportunities and position with retail partners.

Is it you?

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • a keen strategist but also an intuitive innovator, insightful in retail and shopper behaviour and disciplined in pursuing opportunities to deliver business impact.
  • a strategic thinker with gift for story telling in retail space. Whether it's a brand story, product story or a customer story, you know how to bring a visual brand story to life through customer journey and in store experience.
  • A strong influencer, used to working across a matrix to drive results.
  • Require dynamic interpersonal and communications skills to forge effective working relationships with key peers.
  • Experience developing and delivering marketing plans to senior executive management.
  • Customer Journey Road mapping and Innovation: Proven track record in pioneering new ideas and breakthrough customer shopping experiences.
  • Shopper Marketing: must have a strong track record of delivering strong business results and driving others to deliver best in class performance.
  • Played roles across digital and physical environments and been closely partnered with consumer insights and related groups.


Salary: £250K plus benefits and relocation package
