JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading New York-based advertising agency specializing in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space. Their team delivers strategic, creative, and digital solutions for top-tier clients in the industry, helping brands communicate effectively and engage their audiences.
We’re looking for a talented Freelance UX Designer to support their digital team in crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has experience designing for healthcare advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize UX flows for websites, web applications, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct research to inform user-friendly designs that align with both client goals and regulatory requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that enhance engagement and usability.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and strategists to bring concepts to life.
- Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are applied across all digital touchpoints.
- 5+ years of UX design experience within healthcare/pharma advertising.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving.
- Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and UX best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Utilization: Up to 25 hours per week
- Rate: $65–$80 per hour (based on experience)
- Location: NYC
