* Minimum 5 years experiential / brand activation agency experience
* Already at account director level
* Truly integrated experience but must have experience experiential, digital and retail
* Collaborative by nature - essential this candidate can work as part of a team
* High attention to detail, strong account management and communication skills
* Real strategic qualities - can develop brilliant creative solutions to solve their client's business objectives
