Sales Director – Events & Experiential Design & Build – London
Salary - £60K-£70K - OTE £125-£150K plus


Are you a Sales Director with an agency background, who has a proven record of delivering exponential growth? If so, this could be an exciting opportunity to work as part of a fantastic team with a great work culture.
 
DNA Recruit are partnered with a leading exhibition & experiential design agency, who are absolutely smashing it at the moment, but are looking to take the agency to ambitious heights and this role will be pivotal in shaping and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals. You will be comfortable leading from the front to obtain and nurture some of this agency’s most exciting key accounts. Collaborating with the senior management team, you will lead the sales department and help them shape and grow the business.
 
We are looking for a highly consultative leader who can develop and articulate the company’s overall sales strategy, considering the needs or each business offering and market position. Aligning sales efforts with each company’s objectives, ensuring a tailored approach across all sales activities.
Educating the senior leadership team on sales trends and emerging markets and new clients targets, you will be required to foster a collaborative, high performance culture with a focus on ensuring a pleasant and empowering team culture. Providing guidance and support to team members in the execution of their responsibilities, including sales pitches, sales planning, business development and training.
 
Collaborating with the Senior Leadership team to define sales objectives, KPIs, and improvements within the department. Becoming a leader in sales revenue, bringing in some of the most significant projects. Developing new, and nurturing existing accounts, leaning on an experienced team to provide a multi-faceted customer journey. Inspiring clients as you work with global brands at Manager & Director level employees. Collaborating with internal teams, including Creative, Projects and Operations, to ensure alignment and integrated sales efforts. Presenting to the Senior Leadership Team to provide updates on sales strategies, initiatives, and results. Working closely with the Marketing Manager to shape an effective sales and marketing strategy.


Is it you?
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in progressively senior sales roles, with a track record of revenue, successful leadership and strategic planning ideally within an agency environment. With proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, you will need to have a strong understanding of the design and build customer journey. Excellent analytical skills and qualitative insight to drive decision-making along with exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate at all levels and maintaining a positive and kind working environment.
