Our client IS probably one of the world's largest activation, award-winning, multi-practice marketing agencies who influence buying behaviour with transformative creative solutions informed by rich data and sharp insights. With teams in 56 markets, they are the largest and most international agency of its kind and have expertise in shopper, digital, experiential, relationship, promotional and trade marketing and are part of a wider global network, who find hidden gaps between intention and action and create innovative tools and ideas to close them.


With a team of 16 creatives and being based in the Middle East, in a country that has a diverse and rich mix of different cultures and beliefs, makes working at this office as diverse and interesting as it gets. As Executive Creative Director you would lead their vision and passion, and continue their creative success by setting a clear vision and mission, and continuing its impeccable reputation within the industry both locally and internationally. The vision of the agency is simple, to inspire people to buy well.

The function and role of the Executive Creative Director will be:-

  • comfortable to be in the frontline of client relationships and must help to steer the client to the best work possible.
  • become a strong partner for the CEO/GM and Head of Strategy.
  • to network with other creative leaders across the region within the Agency's group is essential.
  • to inspire people you have to understand people in the real world and change their behaviour towards brands.
  • understand different channels, how to use them and most importantly have a curious mind for human behaviour.

Is it you?
The department of 16 creatives are all from different countries and backgrounds so you will need to be able to embrace differences, respect cultures and prepared to be flexible in your learning. As the creative leader of this unique and successful team, the Executive Creative Director will therefore need an armoury of different skills to inspire their creatives, convince clients and add value at the senior management table. Other skills and experience you will need are:-

  • a creative leader who has passion, empathy, persistence, courage, curiosity, is open-minded, driven and ambitious.
  • be prepared to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front.
  • to want to keep learning, bringing wisdom but with an open mind to differing opinions.to be empathetic, but bold and curious.
  • An awarded creative who has experience across disciplines.
  • a strategic mind and strong business acumen.
  • a knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage, but English speaking and written language is second to none.

Salary: 47K AED per month / equivalent to £10,242 per month tax free
