Event Manager

Event Manager  – B2B Events –London/ Hybrid
Salary: £45K plus benefits (7-Month contract)

DNA Recruit is working with a global B2B media group who seeks to employ an experience Event Manager to take ownership of the end to end delivery on a large global event. A recognised leader in their field with global brands.

If you have experience in running large scale events along with good project management in a b2b environment and been the sole lead this could be your perfect opportunity to be part of a growing business.

As the lead Event Manager you will play a crucial role on the deliverables on the event.

Main Responsibilities:
 

• Venue floorplans, internal updates, staff briefing, event signage planning
• Tracking budgets, full P&L accounts
• Overseeing and managing third-party suppliers required for the event delivery ensuring all projects deadlines are met
• Working with Contractors, AV suppliers, signage contractors
• Sponsorship management working with sponsorship team for sponsorship deliverables including branding opportunity’s, exhibition stands, meeting spaces
• Leading the team on the day along side Head of Event Operations

The Person…
A minimum of 4 years’ experience with previous experience in B2B Events particularly in Conferences & Exhibitions  
Experience in leading on multiple events simultaneously, stakeholder management, budget experience.
You will posses strong leadership skills for onsite events.
