Our client has an exciting and differentiated agency proposition, led by a senior management team with a successful track record of growing and running a major London agency. The agency is already ranked in the UK's top independent agencies as well as collecting many awards.
As Director of Digital you will lead their Digital Development Department and drive innovation and digital experience best practice through their client base and prospective clients. Based in beautiful offices in central London and working in a creative environment across a range of projects and client web builds through to innovation areas such as chatbots and product design. Working with the tech lead to drive much greater innovation in digital experience through product and service design, some key responsibility include:

As Director of Digital you will radiate energy and enthusiasm and have a "can-do" attitude. The role will involve answering client's questions on tech feasibility and will require you therefore to be client useful, to lead the commercials and project management lead the tech side, a commercially minded hybrid.
You will have an understanding of user behaviour and an inquisitive nature and a deep understanding of technology and how this can improve organisational efficiency and consumer experience. You will ideally have an understanding of product development from concept through to implementation as well as:
