This is an innovative technology start-up making waves in the tech sector: they have won multiple awards. They have the tech, now they need you to help them shout about it.

They are looking for an ambitious marketeer to join the team as Digital Marketing Lead. They are growing fast, and know that creative, effective marketing is essential to get us to our next milestone.

They want someone who is ready to take a step up in their career: someone who can craft a clear marketing plan, in close collaboration with the Founder-CEO, and has the confidence to take the reins on executing this successfully. They want someone who can grow the company and their role - there really are no bounds on your success here.

This role will give you variety and excitement: working at a start-up means getting involved in all areas of the business. You will be happy working by yourself, and confident collaborating with other teams in the company to achieve your vision.

You will:

+ Actively devise and implement a strategic marketing plan.

+Lead on all promotion and marketing of the Tech platform, specifically digital activities.(website, SEO, social media, email) but also including events, PR, competitions and awards.

+ Collaboratively design and build our content strategy.

+Develop the brand with the fantastic design team.

+ Build effective launch campaigns for product and content releases.

+ Target your campaigns to different demographics of schools, colleges, academies etc., and users (students, teachers, school leaders, etc.)

+Submit the product, company and founder to awards and grants.

You will also have:

+ 3+ years digital marketing experience.

+ Solid knowledge of inbound marketing.

+ Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies.

+ A growth mindset.

+ Excellent verbal and written skills.

+ A proactive self-starter: you think creatively and can efficiently execute new ideas.

+ Highly organised with attention to detail.

+ A belief in the power of technology to improve education.
