My client is looking for a senior strategist with integrated capability to join one of the best Cannes Lions award winning strategy teams in London!
Someone who really gets the importance of an integrated mix through digital, broadcast and CRM. They should have a particular expertise in CRM.
It will be working for a finance client and an education client - and be interested in building a deep understanding of these so they can be a partner to the client.
They need to be able to gain an understanding that attracts people to working in these sectors too as that is currently the brand brief. This means a clear vision of the passion that drives people to become teachers and aiding the client in making that work from a CRM perspective.
Working with passionate creatives and people who are experts in their field gives this role a real sense of learning and camaraderie.
They should also be able to work closely with creative teams, guiding the creative process in a positive way whilst reflecting the reality of their client's needs in a potentially politically charged arena. And they must be equally passionate about creating behaviour change and commercial success for clients.
Hence a solid experience in CRM & direct marketing is necessary.
As you will be working with an analyst, numeracy is important. As is a thirst to understand human behaviours, theory's surrounding them and how to turn this into a productive communication piece.
You should be able to present and inspire just as the team around you will inspire you.
They should be a collaborative worker and be able to champion the roles of the different channel components within an integrated campaign, and increase the understanding and implementation of integration across the agency.
