DNA are seeking a Creative Lead who can harness just the right touch of audacious creativity to leave a lasting impression. As part of a dynamic team, you'll be the driving force behind concepts, brands, and experiences that ignite unparalleled levels of excitement and engagement among our customers and their audiences.
Your role involves empathising with their customers, understanding their needs, motivations, and unique circumstances. While championing their perspective, you'll also fearlessly challenge the status quo, elevating various work to new heights.
Navigating through layers of intricacy and complexity comes naturally to you. You effortlessly transition from analysing end-to-end customer journeys to delving into the minutiae of micro-interactions. At the core of your mission is crafting original, captivating concepts that serve as the foundation for designing and developing brands, stores, advertisements, digital products, immersive in-person experiences, and beyond.
You'll be hands-on while also providing strategic guidance to internal design and implementation teams. You'll dive into a diverse array of activities, including:
- Collaborating within cross-functional teams to bring customer brands to life in extraordinary ways.
- Mentoring and empowering junior colleagues, amplifying their creativity and enriching our collective imagination.
- Embarking on daring experiments.
- Drawing inspiration from external sources to fuel your creative thinking.
- Transforming brand strategy into tangible customer experience concepts and prototypes.
- Crafting designs and concepts for seamless customer journeys that bridge digital and physical touch-points.
- Developing storyboards, prototypes, mood boards, and other visual aids to articulate, test, and validate creative ideas with customers and business stakeholders.
- Composing clear and concise creative briefs to guide concept implementation and ensure the impeccable realisation of ideas.
- Contributing insights to shape our business strategy and growth trajectory.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you'll need to showcase:
- Over 6 years of experience in roles such as brand strategist, creative designer, experience strategist, or experiential designer.
- Proficiency in customer experience principles and designing for omni-channel interactions.
- A knack for problem-solving, innovation, and original thinking.
- Masterful storytelling capabilities.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse creative outputs: concepts, visuals, frameworks, experiences, and interactive media.
- Practical expertise in industry-standard creative tools like Adobe CC, Figma, etc. Bonus points for media skills like AR modelling, animation, 3D modelling, branding, packaging, and visual merchandising.
- Familiarity with working within enterprise environments, including experience in project-driven and agile teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, a penchant for ownership, and the ability to excel both independently and within collaborative settings.
