Our client is an independent marketing agency, who have been recognised globally, who believe in creating memorable brand experiences for their clients. With some of the largest and most progressive brands in the UK as their clients they help to create authentic communications and putting people first and this has earned them to be agency of the year twice.

The Creative Director will primarily be working alongside the Board and the Planning Team. You will be require to managing client pitches and ongoing project managment, with the help from the Social head and account handlers and supported by a core creative team of conceptualisers, designers and artworkers. You will help to provide best-in-class brand experience and sampling solutions that begin with meticulous strategic planning, through to high quality project management, operational excellence and end with industry leading research & evaluation that drives positive consumer behavioural change, and unlocks true ROI from our clients' budgets.

Is it you?

First and foremost you must currently be a Creative Head/Creative Lead/Creative Director, with a passion for all things Brand Activation & Experiential having worked in Experiential / Brad Activation or below the line agency previously (emphasis on FMCG familiarity). Other skills required include:-

  • A passionate, dedicated inspiring individual, a thinker, who is easily at home with planners, social team, the suits and clients.
  • Used to working with planners (brand strategy > proposition > creative territory)
  • A degree of all-rounder abilities (concept, direction, copy etc.). Key importance = conceptual
  • Digital and social knowledge (within an integrated idea)
  • Competent presentation skills / ability to hold and grow client relationships
  • Able to management workload and team coordination (planning of weekly creative workload)
  • Happy and used to working in a small / medium size department (familiarity with hands on aspects of a small team)
  • Have the ability to be able to Commercially plan and build the Creative offering in line with the business in the next 1/3 years
