Exciting times and growth brings exciting roles for one Client Services Director who would like to develop further within the world of exhibitions, events and brand experience (ideas led)

Our client, a global brand experience agency, works with global brands on ground breaking experiential marketing campaigns that drive footfall and generates brand advocacy. With clients ranging from media, to well known tech aviation and corporate brand along many other well known worldwide names.

Reporting to the Group Managing Director the Client Services Director will be responsible for new and existing client development. With your strong background, you will form integrated agency principles across digital brand activation and ideally some experience in exhibit, events and experiential, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Support new business opportunities to qualify potential client organisations, align required resource and own delivery of pitch material.
  • Champion client service principles internally through the agency, and delivering initiatives for sharing success internally, and externally through external communication partners.
  • Ensure client services team are developed and coached utilising best practice approach to ensure profitable P&Ls against business targets and client retention.

As Client Services Director you bring your strong knowledge and evidence of leading teams to develop and execute innovative, market leading exhibition, event and ideally experiential commercial. Other skills and knowledge include:

  • You are hungry for success and have an abundance of drive and ambition and a relentless determination to succeed. Your strong acumen with experience of running a P&L is second to none.
  • Identifying when support for others is needed and your communication and support of relevant members of the leadership team enable you to identify a solution.
  • Always putting the brand and agency objectives at the forefront through your communication and relationship building skills.

With the agency based in the SE of England, the role will include regular travel, 70% office based and 30% external including some international travel.

Salary: up to £120k plus benefits and bonus
