DNA are working with an amazing B2B Marketing Communications Agency, who works alongside well know largest technology brands, to ensure that they offer the best brand experiences.
DNA Recruit is working on behalf of a client to find a Chief People Officer who will help drive the agency's strategic talent growth, employee experience and engagement initiatives through effective cultivation of talent at all levels and related recruitment, training and retention processes and programs. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Enhance employee experience and promote a positive work environment.
- Monitor adherence to agency values and promote their reflection in actions and work.
- Mentor and coach employees to foster growth and development.
- Design and deliver employee training programs.
- Establish partnerships for additional training opportunities.
- Implement mentoring and coaching best practices.
- Conduct ongoing feedback conversations.
- Identify and recruit talented individuals aligned with brand values.
- Execute full cycle recruitment campaigns.
- Align talent with company strategy, goals, and values.
- Create an engaging onboarding and retention experience.
- Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures.
Is it you?
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience working in a service-type organisation accountable for their employee's development and well-being.
- Proven talent management experience in B2B service-oriented organizations (consulting, agencies).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and strategic workforce development.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to earn respect and maintain open communication.
- High energy, driven, assertive, and results-oriented.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships across all organizational levels.
- Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages.
- Familiarity with performance management procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: up to £70-80k + benefits (3 days a week)
They are also open for freelance opportunity at £500/day
Hybrid working options are available, it is expected you attend the London or Basingstoke office at least once a week. AW10944
