DNA Recruit is working with a renowned music agency that collaborates with leading brands, agencies, and production companies worldwide. They specialize in creating and sourcing music and sound for commercials, short films, branded content, and sonic identity projects.

They are seeking an exceptional individual to join their team in the UK as a Business Development Director. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities for music composition, audio branding, music licensing, recording projects, and artist partnerships. Your extensive industry contacts will be key to your success, as you connect with creatives, producers, agencies, brands, production companies, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture genuine relationships within the creative and production industries.
• Expand our existing network by engaging with agencies, brands, directors, and beyond, building a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead the sales strategy for the agency’s UK and global business, reporting on progress to the Head of Production and the finance department.
• Collaborate with the team to shape innovative marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and identify commercial opportunities.
• Actively engage in business development activities to meet KPIs and targets, including networking at industry events and functions, both locally and globally.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
• Contribute to the overall business goals and strategy.
