Senior Business Analyst - Experience Design Agency – 6 months contract (Outside IR35)

DNA is partnering with a dynamic, award winning Experience Design Agency where creativity and innovation come together to redefine the digital landscape.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner with Scrum Master expertise to join the team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between design, development, and delivery teams. You’ll be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and prioritising business, customer, and technical requirements necessary to design and build a customer facing UI of the new product. You’ll ensure seamless alignment between UX/UI designs and back-end systems, working closely with engineering teams for successful integration. The BA/PO will work with a Technical Lead to ensure that the technical solution they define is based on the prioritised requirements and product scope. The BA/PO role will not be required to produce wireframes or mock-ups, this will be done by the UX and UI designers on the team, but they will be required to work closely with them to ensure the requirements are translated into the appropriate UX and UI designs to achieve the product scope.

What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst in digital experience/product programs within agency or consultancy environments (required).
- Expertise in gathering, documenting, and prioritising requirements as user stories from multiple stakeholders.
- A solid background in breaking down UX and design artefacts for technical team delivery.
- Proven skills in writing user stories and acceptance criteria within a well structured product backlog.
- Extensive experience leading technical Scrum teams through sprint life cycles with hands on Agile delivery expertise.
- Deep knowledge of composable web and martech platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate with agency Technology, Project Management, and Client Services teams to deliver quality outcomes while mitigating risks.
- Strong client relationship management and presentation skills in a client-facing capacity.
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating presentations and reports.
- Familiarity with financial services clients and products (Advantageous).

Location: London (Fully remote or hybrid available for UK based candidates only).
Day rate: £415/day (Outside IR35)
Start: ASAP
