Senior Digital Business Analyst - Creative Technology Agency

DNA are working with dynamic and award-winning Creative Technology Agency, where creativity meets innovation.

We are seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst to spearhead a significant technology delivery program.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Digital Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving project success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing ongoing sprint based BAU delivery.
• Managing a regular release roadmap.
• Contributing to the development of an expansive technology transformation plan.
• Collaborating with Agile development teams to create and prioritise a product backlog.
• Supporting the delivery of a technology solution based on Sitecore using agile methodologies.

Skills and experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital experience transformation programs.
• Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and prioritising requirements from various sources.
• Expertise in translating UX and design artefacts for technical team delivery.
• Familiarity with Sitecore 10 XP development and support.
• A strong understanding of digital technology, systems integration, and implementation.
• Experience in creating and managing a backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Leadership in guiding a technical Scrum through a sprint lifecycle.
• Exceptional written skills for presentations and report creation.
• Strong client relationship management and presentation skills (as this is a client-facing role).
• A preference for candidates with previous large agency, consultancy or corporate experience.
