You’ll manage all aspects of event delivery, from initial planning through to final execution, ensuring smooth, high-impact events in some of London’s most unique venues. These venues host a variety of high-profile events including exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, and award ceremonies, making this role diverse, challenging, and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure a seamless event.
- Client Relations: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Logistics & Coordination: From equipment rental to on-site production, you'll keep everything running smoothly.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed.
- First Aid, IPAF, IOSH, PASMA certifications
- Knowledge of BS7909:2011 and rigging practices
