The Role
As the AV Engineer, you'll ensure seamless operation of the agency’s meeting room estate while supporting events and pitches. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things audio-visual, taking ownership of AV systems, providing hands-on support, and ensuring a first-class experience for internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own all on-site AV issues, delivering professional and efficient services.
- Provide end-to-end support for video conferencing platforms like Google Meet, Teams, and Zoom.
- Manage and maintain AV hardware, ensuring all equipment is fully functional.
- Conduct daily system checks and troubleshoot any faults.
- Support research meetings, pitches, and on-site/off-site events.
- Collaborate with help desk, office support, and new business teams.
- Expertise in platforms like Google Meet, Teams, and Zoom.
- Solid experience with AV hardware (Logitech, Polycom, Crestron is a bonus).
- Knowledge of Apple and Windows technologies and basic networking.
- Proven fault-finding abilities and experience with video cameras.
- A self-motivated problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Calm under pressure with a customer-focused mindset.
- Inquisitive, methodical, and always ready to learn.
