Assistant Technical Event Manager – Event Tech Services – London
Salary: £36K plus benefits
We are seeking an Assistant Technical Event Manager to join our client who is a reputable Global Events Tech Company. Are you passionate about creating unforgettable event experiences? Do you gave a knack for technical wizardry?

DNA Recruit is working with a highly reputable Events Tech Company which seeks to employ an experienced Assistant Technical Event Manager to join a dynamic team to help bring magic to every event they touch.
Main Responsibilities:
Directs the operations team on daily equipment setups and strikes.
Establishes excellent working relationships with hotel/venue staff and executives, team members, neighbouring locations and all vendors.
Utilises the billing system to coordinate invoicing activities and ensures accuracy.
At times, attend operational venue meetings such as daily stand-up meetings with venue operations staff
Promote a healthy and safe working environment at all times, ensure that all HSE guidelines are properly
The Person…
The ideal person will need to have 2-3 years AV experience along assistant the management team with the events.
