JOB DESCRIPTION
This agency specialises in retail experience design, connecting physical and design stores, shopper marketing and digital display.
The Role
They are looking for a candidate to nurture and grow strong relationships to collaborate across teams to develop impactful retail strategies and creative executions to ensure seamless campaign execution through effective project management, creative problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
Who they need
They need someone who is so focused on customers, organised and creatively driven with a strong love for retail.
Client and Team Management
- Gain an intimate understanding our clients business, their unique needs
- Collaborate with clients to efficiently plan and excute projects, actively seeking to enhance shopper marketing experiences
- Present ideas convincingly to drive shopper marketing insight
- Foster open and honest communication, providing and receiving feedback to drive continous improvement
- Take initiative and demonstrate a sense of urgency, in client management, ensuring timely project completion
Qualifiations and Experience:
- People Management
- To be strategic
- To have strong shopper marketing experience
- Experience working fast briefs with a quick turn around
- Understanding of G-suite, Slack, Monday.com is a bonus
