JOB DESCRIPTION

Account Manager - Creative Marketing Agency - Hybrid/London (Hertfordshire)
 
Are you an Account Manager seeking a dynamic and creative work environment?
 
DNA Recruit is working along with a leading Creative Marketing Agency, they blend expertise in retail marketing with a passion for innovation. Located just a short train ride from London in Hertfordshire, the independent agency boasts a stellar client roster.
 
As an Account Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Account Director and Client Director to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Ensuring the seamless day-to-day delivery of client requirements, aligning with Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Effectively gathering and communicating comprehensive briefs for new projects to the creative team
  • Tracking revenue targets and providing accurate estimates for commercial success
  • Managing studio workflow and coordinating team efforts for each project
  • Collaborating with internal teams to form cohesive client teams
  • Cultivating and nurturing client relationships, understanding their strategic business needs, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Monitoring KPIs and performance to maintain high-quality output standards
  • Contributing to new business initiatives and participating in pitches
  • Attending client meetings, documenting discussions, and following up with written proposals
 
 
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Ideally up to 5 years in retail or agency settings, with FMCG brand management experience preferred.
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Proficient in managing projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Understanding of revenue targets and business development.
  • Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
  • Capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Innovative mindset for generating solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Proven track record in client account management.
 
Salary: £32k
 
Suitable for candidates in Bedford, Royston, Cambridge, Baldock, Letchworth, Stevenage, Welwyn, Welwyn Garden City, Hertford, Bishop's Stortford, and Luton or other surrounding areas
